To My Beloved Patients,

As of April 30, 2022, I will no longer deliver babies in my private practice. This decision came with tremendous ambivalence because I have loved pregnant women since I was 9 years old. I have gained so much joy and satisfaction caring for pregnant patients, delivering over 10,000 babies, becoming a member of your families, and serving the community that I grew up in for the last 21 years.

The memory of each delivery warms my soul. You have shared your hopes, fears, and secrets with me. You trusted me with your most precious blessing, and I will cherish your confidence in my ability to care for you as if you were my sister.

I will continue to practice office gynecology and gynecology surgery. I have expanded my practice over the last 10 years to include medical weight loss and functional medicine.

I have a special interest in helping the community achieve a healthier weight and active lifestyle. My individualized programs offer nutrition education, behavior management, weight loss supplements and medications, and exercise guidance to help patients achieve a healthier weight.

I also have a new passion of providing functional medicine consultations and management. Functional medicine determines how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root causes of disease and promotes optimal health for each person. It is a wellness practice. We focus on optimization and prevention.
